Josh Pristaw Appointed President of Clarion Partners

Clarion Partners LLC announced that Josh Pristaw will join the firm's senior leadership team as Managing Director and President, reporting directly to CEO and Chairman David Gilbert. Pristaw will serve on Clarion's Executive Board and Investment Committee, bringing more than two decades of real estate experience across property sectors and functions including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio development, and capital markets.

Pristaw joins Clarion from Pretium, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of the firm's $35 billion real estate platform while also serving on the Pretium Executive Committee. Prior to his tenure at Pretium, Pristaw co-founded GTIS Partners, where he worked for 17 years and last served as Partner, Co-Head of GTIS Brazil, Head of Capital Markets, and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. His earlier experience includes serving as Principal and Co-Head of Acquisitions for Coventry Real Estate Advisors, where he also served on the Investment Committee.
