Baton Rouge Injury Law Firm Rebrands as Palmintier, Thrower, and Treuting Injury Attorneys Following Partnership Expansion

The Palmintier Law Group, a longstanding Baton Rouge injury law practice, has announced its rebranding as Palmintier, Thrower, and Treuting Injury Attorneys. This change follows the addition of Jason B. Thrower and the elevation of Benjamin B. Treuting to partner, joining established partners Michael C. Palmintier and Joshua M. Palmintier in firm leadership. Together, the four attorneys bring over 100 years of combined legal experience to the practice. Partner Joshua M. Palmintier stated, "We are excited to embark on this new path and the addition of Jason and Ben as partners. Both have proven—time and again—that they share our commitment to standing up for injured people and ensuring they receive the representation they deserve."

Michael C. Palmintier, practicing since 1975, is recognized statewide and nationally for his trial experience. A graduate of LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, he has represented thousands of families across the country, argued before the United States Supreme Court, and served as President of the Louisiana Association for Justice. Joshua M. Palmintier, a graduate of Southern University Law Center, has spent more than 20 years representing clients in cases ranging from catastrophic personal injury and traumatic brain injury to complex mass tort litigation. He has been an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the Louisiana Association for Justice.

Jason B. Thrower built a diverse career in business before becoming an attorney, spanning roles in chamber of commerce executive leadership, insurance underwriting, and investment banking. A 2006 graduate of Southern University Law Center, he clerked for District Court Judge Janice G. Clark and worked for a regional defense firm before establishing his own firm in 2011. His practice focus encompasses catastrophic personal injury cases and select criminal defense matters. Benjamin B. Treuting, a graduate of LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center with both a Juris Doctorate and a Diploma in Comparative Law, is admitted in all Louisiana state courts and is an active member of the Louisiana Association for Justice and the Baton Rouge Bar Association where he furthers the interest of both his client's and the legal community at large, serving as both the Appellate Section Chair and as a Director Ad Hoc.

The firm's location and mission remain unchanged. Palmintier, Thrower, and Treuting Injury Attorneys will continue serving clients from its downtown office at 618 Main Street, focusing on car, truck, motorcycle and commercial vehicle accidents; maritime and offshore injuries; construction and industrial accidents; wrongful death and Survival Actions; and other serious injury matters. The firm continues to operate on a contingency-fee basis—clients pay nothing unless the firm secures a recovery on their behalf. What does change is the firm's expanded capacity. With four named partners, the team brings increased resources, broader experience, and enhanced ability to pursue justice for injured clients. Collectively, the firm has helped recover over $1 billion for individuals and families across Louisiana. For a free consultation, call (225) 344 3735 or visit www.plgroupla.com.
