Impact Networking, a leading managed service provider (MSP), announced the appointment of John Quinn as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. The move underscores the company's commitment to strengthening its leadership infrastructure to support its rapid expansion and diversified service portfolio.

John Quinn brings extensive experience as a strategic finance and transformation executive, most recently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and CFO Infrastructure for HSBC Americas. At HSBC, he led a $1.5 billion enterprise transformation program that improved Return on Tangible Equity from 8.5% to 13.5% and generated $2 billion in sustainable operating efficiencies. His expertise in finance transformation, technology modernization, AI and automation strategy, cloud enablement, and organizational design aligns with Impact's focus on delivering integrated IT, cybersecurity, AI, and marketing services to mid-market clients.

Impact Networking has positioned itself as a unique player in the managed services space by offering a comprehensive suite of services under one roof, maintained through a single relationship. As mid-market companies increasingly outsource complex technology and security functions, Impact's model provides enterprise-scale capability with local accountability. CEO Mike Lepper emphasized that Quinn's role extends beyond financial management to shaping the company's strategic vision.

Quinn expressed enthusiasm for Impact's client-centric approach and its commitment to remaining privately owned and US-focused. He noted that this structure offers a competitive advantage in serving mid-market businesses seeking long-term partnerships. His responsibilities will include scaling financial infrastructure, supporting investment in talent and technology, and ensuring sustainable growth.

The appointment follows a period of significant momentum for Impact, including expansion of service lines, geographic footprint, and client base. The company, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois, employs over 700 experts across 23 US locations. Its integrated services span managed IT, cybersecurity, AI solutions, print, and marketing services.
