Mitchell is a Marietta native who attended Mount Paran Christian School and earned two bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia in Political Science and International Affairs. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025, where she served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, as Treasurer of the Georgia Student Trial Lawyers Association, and participated in the Criminal Defense Practicum.
Her background in insurance defense provides her with valuable insight into how insurance companies and defendants evaluate and defend injury claims.
