Medios AG, a leading provider of Specialty Pharma in Europe, has announced the appointment of Katrin Neuffer as Director Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, who holds a degree in business administration and brings around 20 years of experience in capital markets communications, will oversee the company's communications with investors, analysts, the media, and the public. She succeeds Claudia Nickolaus, who is stepping down after playing a key role in building Medios' Investor Relations activities.
Neuffer's career includes leading Capital Markets and Corporate Communications at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE from 2007 to 2018, where she guided the company from its IPO to becoming a consistently attractive investment. She also led the Strategy and Sustainability departments there. Later, as Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Marketing at the Exyte Group, she managed an international team of 20 and was responsible for preparing an IPO with a targeted market capitalization of over EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has worked as an independent consultant for publicly listed companies, specializing in investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis communications.
Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, expressed confidence in the appointment: “With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media.” He also thanked Claudia Nickolaus for her years of dedication, noting her role in shaping Medios' capital markets communications with professionalism and reliability.
The leadership change comes as Medios prepares for several key events in the 2026 financial year, including the release of its Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in September, and its Capital Markets Day on September 28/29. The company will also publish its quarterly statement as of September 30 on November 10.
