With 70.37% of the share capital represented, shareholders approved all proposed resolutions by a large majority, including the release from liability for the Managing Board and Supervisory Board for the 2025 financial year.
The Managing Board reported on the company's performance in fiscal year 2025 and provided an overview of developments in the first quarter of 2026, as well as expectations for the full year. A key focus was the detailed presentation of Strategy 2026, adopted earlier in the year. This comprehensive transformation process aims to position the company for future success through improved efficiency, profitability, and product portfolio development. Shareholders also elected Jian Liu and Hui Guo to the Supervisory Board, confirming their court-ordered appointments. They join Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Bernhard Mager, Dr. Lei Zhang, and Prof. Wei Luan to form the five-member board. Additionally, Rodl Audit GmbH Wirtschaftsprufungsgesellschaft was appointed as auditor for the 2026 financial year.
