Goldbergs Fine Foods, Atlanta's original New York-style deli and award-winning restaurant concept, is now accepting catering orders for Passover through April 10, 2025. The catering menu features holiday staples and Seder Plate selections with both classic and new flavors across appetizers, entrées, sides, and desserts. This year, Passover begins on April 12 and continues until April 20, commemorating the exodus from Egypt and featuring Seders on the first two nights that include candle lighting and a ritual-rich 15-step feast.
The menu includes handcrafted Matzo Farfel Kugels, Goldbergs famous brisket, flourless chocolate cake, and a Whole Seder Plate. Additional offerings comprise Goldbergs Famous Chicken Soup with Matzo Balls, Traditional Apple Walnut Charoset, Homemade Gefilte Fish, Chopped Chicken Liver, Honey Horseradish Roasted Chicken, Cedar Plank Salmon, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, and Spinach Mushroom Farfel Kugel. Desserts feature Coconut Macaroons, Chocolate Dipped Macaroons, Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad, and Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Bradley Saxe, Co-Chief Executive Officer for Goldbergs Group, stated the company is honored to assist local communities in celebrating the meaningful holiday that fosters family and friend unity. He emphasized that the Passover catering menu is thoughtfully crafted to evoke the warmth and nostalgia of a cherished meal prepared in a grandmother's kitchen. The Passover Catering Menu will be available at Goldbergs locations in Battery Park, Buckhead, Dunwoody, East Cobb, Toco Hills, and West Paces while supplies last.
