Beltran's work, in collaboration with Sigma Xi, emphasizes negotiation, strategic influence, leadership, trust, and conflict management, bridging academic research with the analysis of complex decision-making and influence processes in organizations and institutions. His academic background includes studies in law and political science and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He has taught and delivered executive education in international academic and professional environments, including ESSEC Business School, Sciences Po Paris, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and has worked with executives and organizations across multiple countries.
Currently, Beltran is completing doctoral research in communication focused on the dynamics of strategic influence, mobilization, reputational pressure, negotiation, and institutional change. His research examines 29 campaigns conducted by Greenpeace Argentina between 2000 and 2021 and develops an analytical model for understanding how influence strategies can contribute to verified institutional outcomes.
