The Supervisory Board of FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft, a leading provider of display technology and power supply solutions, has appointed Yannick Moyles-Johnson as the Group's Chief Financial Officer. This appointment implements the previously announced long-term succession plan for the finance division. Moyles-Johnson will assume his position no later than November 1, 2026, succeeding Henrik Christiansen, who has served as interim CFO since November 2025 and as a member of the Management Board since February 2026. Christiansen will remain available to ensure a smooth transition.

Moyles-Johnson brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in technology-oriented industrial companies. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (M.Sc. in Business Administration / MBA). Most recently, he served as CFO and Commercial Managing Director of ProMik Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. He has also held leadership positions at Brockhaus Technologies AG, VIA Optronics AG, and the Brose Group. His expertise includes managing international research and production sites, optimizing financial and business processes, and implementing transformation and efficiency programs.
