Mr Dziergas, born in 1976, holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and has extensive management experience in the wood-processing industry. Since 2024, he has served as plant manager at STEICO's largest facility in Czarnkow, Poland. Under his leadership, the plant achieved significant improvements in production efficiency, demonstrating his ability to optimize operations and drive results.
